Friday of the Second Week of Lent

Today's Mass Readings

Our verse before the Gospel today is one we all know. “God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son; so that everyone who believes in him might have eternal life.” God loved us so much that he gave us his Son so that we might live for Him and do His will! In our gospel, we hear “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; by the Lord has this been done, and it is wonderful in our eyes?” Christ is the cornerstone; he is our support and our sure foundation. Let us go to him that we might have eternal life.
