I ask for support and guidance to take the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons slowly enough to keep the focus on Christ, family, friends and faith. I ask for discipline to take care of basic, responsible tasks before adding on seasonal activities. Help me focus.

I am in a small financial crunch with my house and my retirement funds!
I know that the gospel and readings state that the LOVE of money is root to all evil…not just money, but putting it high priority. I do not try, but it us a concern.
Pray also for several friends and a sister who all have health issues. Healing and peace of mind and acceptance. I want them to experience and know how much the Lord loves them and will ease their suffering and pain.
