I have to have my home inspected in about 10 days. Please pray I will get a nice inspector and will pass the inspection. I am elderly, just out of the hospital for severe heart failure and anemia and this stress has been very hard on my heart.

Please pray for the parents of their pregnant teens that they may be open to God’s gift of new life. May they embrace their daughter and help to nurture her and the baby. Many parents force their daughters into abortions. May the Holy Spirit of fire and love bless the entire family.

My friend Noelle sent me this message pertaining to her teenage son Michel, who is in hospital (received Tuesday, January 13 at 1:54 p.m. EST — "Please ask the monks and your contemplative group to pray for Michel, I don’t know yet the details but soon he will have to undergo an open heart surgery to fix his enlarged aorta, it is supposed to be maximum 4 it is 7cm large. Michel had just undergone a surgery, very weak how could he endure another such huge surgery, please please Lord have pity on him."

A wife of 46 years with a husband who has dementia. After all these years I still get afraid of him. He is critical and verbally abusive. I ask God to give me courage, a deeper faith and trust in Jesus, and that my husband will have a great conversion like St. Paul. I think he will throw things at me or hit again. Prayers please.
