Dear Father,
I have influenced my son Zachary with things that do not speak of you and now that he's 18, he is a lost soul. I ask for forgiveness as I did not do my responsibility as his mother very well and most of all, Father, I beg thee to cast your mercy and grace on Zachary and let him be found again, this time, with you. Please help him to remember the beatitudes and be his beacon from now on. Please cast out the evil influence I wrongfully shared with him when he was young. Please never give up on him, never let him go anywhere where you are not. Please make him realize and remember his parents love him as much as we are just humans and sin so often, contrary to what we want to portray of ourselves to him as his role models.
Father, we thank you so much for always helping and holding our hands as a family. We beg thee to please never let our Zachary go astray and that he feels you in him and direct his actions and emotions from now on. Amen.
